1. Who We Are
True Aim Pro ("True Aim Pro," "we," "our," or "us") is an archery equipment and performance-tracking mobile application for archers and archery shop technicians. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the True Aim Pro mobile app (the "App"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.

2. Scope
This policy covers the True Aim Pro mobile App on iOS and Android and the backend services we operate to support it. It does not cover any third-party website you may reach from a link inside the App.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information you provide when creating an account
- Email address (required) — used to sign you in and contact you about your account.
- Password (required) — never stored in plain text; hashed by Supabase.
- First name and last name (required) — used to personalize the app.
- Username (required) — public-facing identifier shown to friends in the app.
- Phone number (optional) — for account recovery and support.
- Archery focus (target, 3D, hunting, or mixed) — used to tailor the in-app experience.
- Shop Tech mode flag — a checkbox indicating whether you are an archery shop technician.
3.2 Information you create inside the App
The App stores the following on your device and syncs it to our backend so you can access it across devices:
- Arrow builds — build name, arrow count, shaft brand/model/spine, vane configuration, insert/outsert weights, total weight, FOC, balance point, per-arrow tracking data, and notes.
- Bow builds — bow brand, model, serial number, draw weight, draw length, peep height, stabilizer setup, axle-to-axle, brace height, IBO speed, and notes.
- Sessions — session date, type (target/3D/hunting/practice), distance, optional free-text location, score data, session duration, and notes.
- Sight tapes — tape name, associated bow, yardage marks, and notes.
- Friends list — friend display name, average score, favorite build name, and build-type preference.
- Favorite selections — your selected favorite arrow build and favorite bow.
- Shop Tech client records (Shop Tech mode only) — client name, optional email/phone, last visit date, and associated builds.
3.3 Technical information collected automatically
- User ID — a unique identifier issued by our authentication provider to keep your data separate from other users'.
- Device ID — a per-installation identifier we generate to prevent duplicate records across devices.
- Authentication tokens — short-lived JWT and refresh tokens stored locally on your device.
- Sync timestamps — the most recent successful sync time per data table.
- IP address (backend only) — Supabase logs IP addresses of authentication requests for security and abuse-prevention.
3.4 Information we do NOT collect
- Camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, calendar, Bluetooth, health data, or precise GPS location.
- Third-party analytics, attribution, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, Sentry, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Cookies, web beacons, or cross-app tracking identifiers (no iOS IDFA or Android Advertising ID).
- Payment information — the App is free with no in-app purchases.
- Biometric data, voice recordings, or background location.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Create and authenticate your account.
- Store and sync your archery data for offline use and across your devices.
- Display your performance history, favorite builds, and friends leaderboard.
- (Shop Tech mode) Help you keep track of clients and their builds.
- Respond to your support requests.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, ad targeting, or training third-party machine-learning models.
5. Legal Bases (EEA / UK users)
- Contract — to create your account and provide the App's core features.
- Legitimate interest — to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
- Consent — for optional information (e.g. phone number).
6. How Your Information Is Stored and Protected
- In transit: All communication uses HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Backend: Stored in a managed PostgreSQL database by Supabase, Inc., with row-level security so each user can only access their own records.
- On-device: A local copy is stored in an SQLite database in the App's private sandbox, with auth tokens in the iOS Keychain / Android Keystore.
- Passwords: Hashed by Supabase using industry-standard algorithms. We never see or store your raw password.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics platforms.
8. International Transfers
Our backend is hosted in the United States. If you use the App from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed there. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
9. How Long We Keep Your Information
- Active accounts: We keep your information for as long as your account is active.
- Deleted records: When you delete content, it is marked as deleted and permanently purged from our backend within 30 days.
- Closed accounts: After account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where required for a legal obligation or dispute.
- Backups: Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 35 days before being overwritten.
10. Your Rights and Choices
10.1 Access, correction, and updates
You can view and edit your name, email, phone number, and password at any time from Settings. All archery data is editable directly inside the App.
10.2 Deleting your data
You can delete any individual record from inside the App. To delete your entire account and all associated data, navigate to Edit Profile → Delete Account and confirm via the on-screen prompt, or email [email protected]. You can also request deletion via our website at https://trueaimpro.com/.
10.3 GDPR / UK GDPR rights
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to request a portable copy of your data, restrict or object to certain processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
10.4 California (CCPA / CPRA) rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Contact [email protected].
10.5 Sign out
You can sign out at any time from Settings → Logout. Signing out clears your authentication tokens from the device but does not delete data from our backend.
11. Children's Privacy
True Aim Pro is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under that age, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact [email protected].
12. Push Notifications, Tracking, and Advertising
The App does not currently send push notifications, run any advertising, or use any cross-app tracking technologies. If we add any of these in the future, we will update this policy and (where required by law) request your consent.
13. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we will provide more prominent notice (for example, an in-app message or email to the address associated with your account).
