True Aim Pro — Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the True Aim Pro mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using True Aim Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and True Aim Pro ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the app in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be notified via an in-app message or email. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use True Aim Pro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT:

  • Use the app to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the app.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access or interact with the app.
  • Exploit any bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the app for any unauthorized purpose.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app or its backend services.
  • Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in True Aim Pro — including but not limited to the software, code, design, graphics, logos, and text — are the exclusive property of True Aim Pro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your personal device solely for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app.
  • Create derivative works based on the app.
  • Use any of our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

6. User-Generated Content

The app allows you to create and store archery data, builds, sessions, and notes ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By storing it in True Aim Pro, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and sync your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any User Content you create. We do not endorse or verify any User Content.

7. Archery Data Disclaimer

True Aim Pro provides tools for tracking and analyzing archery performance data, including arrow weights, FOC calculations, spine selections, sight marks, and session scores. This data is for informational and personal tracking purposes only.

We make no warranty that:

  • Any calculated result (FOC, sight marks, etc.) is accurate enough for competitive, commercial, or safety-critical use.
  • The app's outputs replace the advice of a certified archery coach, technician, or professional.

Always verify critical equipment settings with a qualified professional before use in competition or hunting.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The app integrates with or links to third-party services including:

  • Supabase (database and authentication) — governed by Supabase's own terms and privacy policy.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play — your use is also subject to Apple's and Google's respective terms.
  • Links to trueaimpro.com and other websites — we are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of any third-party service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the app is immediately revoked.
  • You may request deletion of your data by emailing [email protected] or by navigating to Edit Profile → Delete Account in the app and confirming via the on-screen prompt.
  • Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Any defects or errors will be corrected.
  • Data stored in the app will never be lost (we strongly recommend keeping your own backups of critical data).

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRUE AIM PRO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) USD $10 or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (currently $0 as the app is free).

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the United States, as mutually agreed.

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Australia, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Children

True Aim Pro is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 13 to create an account. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account and delete their data.
